MEMBERS BE ADVISED OF RANGE RULES UPDATES EFFECTIVE APRIL 2023!
Hours of operation-
1. The range is open from 8:00 am to sunset
2. All Ranges are CLOSED for the duration of AMLGC Organized Matches & Events. (Effective April 2, 2023)
Acceptable firearms that can be used on the Pistol Range
1. Pistols using standard pistol calibers
PROHIBITED FIREARMS that CAN NOT be used on the Pistol Range
1. NO Shotguns are allowed
2. NO Pistols of Centerfire Rifle caliber (ie. AR or Ak style .223/5.56 or Contender or XP100)
3. NO RIFLES OF ANY CALIBER ARE ALLOWED (Effective April 2, 2023)

2023 Events Schedule
The AMLGC was formed in 1964 to further the sport of muzzle loading shooting. We are a family membership organization, incorporated as a non-profit organization, operated for the benefit of its members.
We own and operate a range at La Coste, just west of San Antonio, TX.
